NorAn soil machinery

Soil preparation is one of the most important steps in soil cultivation. NorAn tillage machines can be divided into two groups.

The PERFORMANCE grubber loosens the soil and mixes in the stem. Therefore, scarifying is much gentler on the soil than conventional ploughs.

With the STRIPTILL band cultivators, we are able to loosen only the lane needed for seeding, right down to the bottom of the root zone.

The SIMPLE shallow cultivators provide a great opportunity for spring mulch seedbed preparation, stubble stripping, stubble cultivation, or even seedbed preparation for autumn grain crops. The optional shredding roller allows you to perform up to two operations in one pass, saving considerable fuel and man-hours.

The shredding rollers cut post-harvest stalk residues and green manure plants into small pieces. This greatly aids soil cultivation and the decomposition of stalk residue.

The X-PRESS CT shredding rollers’ robust frame design, greasable hinges, heavy-duty reinforced bearings and high-quality HARDOX knives guarantee reliable performance and long service life.

The Pro-Cutter hanging shredding rollers are the ideal choice for those who want to take advantage of the shredding roller’s capabilities, but don’t want to invest in a wider machine. Suspended NorAn rollers can be used both on the front and the rear of the tractor.

The unique MXR shredding roller bodies provide the possibility to use an existing cambridge, crosskill or prismatic cylinder as a shredding roller. The shredding rollers can be mounted on any frame, regardless of the brand.

The X-PRESS PR prismatic compacting rollers can further improve post-seeding seed embedment, ensuring more and more reliable yields. The machine is also ideal for ploughing and scrub cultivation, and in the autumn for seedbed preparation and seedbed sealing.

Why NorAn?

We have already helped some of you to take farming to the next level...

Extremely stable, robust machine, cost-effective to run (170 HP tractor consumes less than 2 litres per hectare, 1.7 l/ha!!) A much smaller machine would be enough. Reliable construction, very easy to use, no prior "knowledge" required. The crops have bushed up significantly better after rolling, and the treated volume is much stronger. Rolling alfalfa after sowing, it left behind a very fine, precisely evenly compacted soil. Over 650 hectares, there have been no failures, no signs of wear, just the normal slight amount.

I love products from Hungarian manufacturers so much that I buy domestic products as much as I can. I wasn't disappointed by this product, either. There were so many different grubbers to choose from, but the NorAn is better and more unique for some reasons, and these are: outstanding frame height, robust frame construction and universal application. Not only was it value for money, but the price and the quality are unique in the market in themselves. This machine is almost a new category on the market because it is the equivalent of a UNIVERSAL STRIPPER MACHINE, because it can loosen deeper and cultivate shallow, while it leaves behind an almost compactor quality soil. 30% less cost than ploughing, not only in fuel, but also in machine input and live labour (less operating time, fewer passes, low maintenance)

It's a great help for managing sunflower stubble, shredding the stalk evenly and removing weed patches. I have worked with it in corn fields, and when it came to ploughing, coworkers said that it was good that the roller stripped the soil, because this way the plough does not pull the stalk together at all. On the second day after the machine arrived, we were given a job to chop sorghum stubble, which it managed without any problems. Its area performance is excellent depending on the size of the plot, up to 10 ha/hour, my average is 8 ha/hour. I feel like we made a great purchase with the rollers, they have a lot of work to do in the future, especially if their reputation grows in the area.
